HI MAAM,SEASONS GREETING TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY,...its been a long wait maam, we were completely lost as to what should be the plan of action, maam, i had even emailed you regarding my querry. on a very very small cap company called SYNCOM FORMULATIONS, its a debt free company with a very low market cap of about 165 cr,it didint participate in the recent pharma rally, just came out with results of highest ever quaterly profits since insception,has a reserve of about 80 cr. its trading at about rs.2 has pe of about 8.25,and 1.25 times its book value, kindly advice if one can take a positing in it,clients are big names like dr.reddy.please maam if you can analize this stock and give your input.Awaiting your reply.
I saw this co few months back the problems are. 1. if u see since 2014-2015 to 2020 top line is only 173 cr to 190 cr so no growth in topline also no major growth in bottom line 2. Margins also have only come down for last 6 years besides this latest qtrs which was due to panic stocking. 3. Equity base is high and no major promoters participation so share holding is low.

I unable to maintain our blog for several months due to unavoidable circumstances created due to COVID-19. Now we will continue maintain the blog and go for last stock of this year in coming weeks.
Due to COVID-19 there is not much progress on export side but company is trying and it will happen in coming season. JK Agri has already moved up from 300 to 900 within few months. It is seasonal stocks so you can wait for further correction and buy below 400

Of all blog invested stocks since 2017, i am in a net notional loss of 92000 inspite of the fact that all the indices are again at their lifetime high.......will i ever be able to overcome my losses and generate 30-35% CAGR (since 2017) on my total investment in next few years if i remain invested.
steel cement and manufacturing sector have not performed well up till now, but these sectors are going to perform in coming quarters so you can keep these stocks for another 1 to 2 years

DeleteOf all blog invested stocks since 2017, i am in a net notional loss of 92000 inspite of the fact that all the indices are again at their lifetime high.......will i ever be able to overcome my losses and generate 30-35% CAGR (since 2017) on my total investment in next few years if i remain invested.
ReplyDeleteYou can keep the top 5-6 performing stocks in your portfolio and reinvest the remaining again.

Both stocks are at 50-60% loss. Should I book loss or average at CMP ?

steel cement and manufacturing sector have not performed well up till now, but these sectors are going to perform in coming quarters so you can keep these stocks for another 1 to 2 years
DeleteDear Mam, please update in next blog about stocks whose fundamentals have changed(if any). Few of us are holding all the recommended stocks since 2017 irrespective of the price. If there is no change in fundamentals we can hold for next 3 years too.
