It is good stock to buy and hold for long term.

Scheme of Arrangement- It is de-merge of Madura Fashion ( branded apparel retailing) and Madura Garments Lifestyle (luxury branded apparel retailing) from Aditya Birla Nuvo and merge them with Pantaloons. PFRL will create mega branded apparels business with ownership of Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, People, Hackett London , The Collective ,Peter England and Pantaloon.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Generally merger will take 3 to 4 month time. Definitely it will give big boost to top and bottom line. This is first year of operation for Pinnae Feeds Limited (PFL) which was incorporated in July 05, 2012 is a wholly owned subsidiary of KCTBL.The manufacturing facility of the company was established at a total cost of Rs.50.0 crore which was financed at a debt-equity ratio of 3:1. The manufacturing unit commenced commercial operation from July 02, 2014 onwards. Up to December 31, PFL reported a PBT of Rs.0.04 crore on a turnover of Rs.15.99 crore. Merger may bring promoter share holding up to 75%. Total issued PFL share 1 crore and swap ratio of shares still not known.

    1. Yes, you can add more. 10 to 20% fluctuation in stock price is normal. 40 to 60% drop indicate some serious issue , in that case if company is have good fundamentals, sold business and the issue is temporary & it can be resolved within short period this situation gives an opportunity to average. Trading required stop loss but these stocks for long term investment.

    1. There is no fix rule but in fluctuating market it is better to enter in any stock in 2 -3 phases. In one time purchase if stock price will come down than very difficult to hold because of negative thoughts and no money to average it. Normally if you are confident about company business than you can keep on adding to get good profit. Market will always give you chance to book profit and enter at lower level again.

  39. Dear mam. My question is that if investor get 60 to 70% return in any script. The first thought come in mind to book profit. As you know in stock market risk is always there so what is the good time to book profit in any stock? What investor think after profit booking is that he will buy it at a lower price. That is the common thought. So is this phyosophy good?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If stocks is bought for 60 to 70 % gain than it is good. But if stock has potential to multiply the investment by 60 to 70 time and it is sold for miserable gain of 60% than the opportunity of life time is lost. For example just check any stock trading above Rs. 3000, what was the price of the stock 5 to 10 years back. It will give you the answer of your question.
