  32. Hi Mam,

if raymond can generate 200 cr profit per year for next 4 to 5 years as per management then looking at the current realty company
valuation it will trade well above 1000rs RR alone.

on top of it land bank, FMCG, fabric and other business as well add to the comfort,
if everything goes well we will have fair chance of doubling our money in 3 to 5 yrs.

seems quite simple and no brainer, but hatsoff to you to make us to get to this point of conviction, before never
had this kind of clarity in my investment decision.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Hi Mam,

why raymond is not keen on expanding it tools and engineering business as it is doing well, why mgmt is not keen
to invest further in these business and make diversified revenue stream.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Raymond has also done the diversification in its engineering business such as from files to cutting tools, hand tools and than product expansion to cover complete tooling solutions. It has again ventured into auto components. Raymond is continuously maintaining its market leadership position in the tools & hardware business with ~65% market share in India and ~30% market share globally.

Ring Plus Aqua has an annual production capacity 8.5 mn pieces for ring gears, 4 mn pieces for water pump bearings and 0.6 mn pieces for flex plates. The company commissioned new manufacturing facility in Sinnar, Maharashtra, in May 2019, by further adding ~2 mn pieces of capacity for ring gears, making it by size the second largest player in India. Exports contribute around 65% of the total automotive components revenue.

Engineering Business is expected to outperform other business segments of the company in coming quarters.

  37. Industry pe is around 80 and dai pe is just around 6... Huge growth possibilities for company... Can we expect pe of at least 50 after few positive q results? I don't see any reason for company not to achieve this growth in sales and so in profits but what could be risk factors for not reaching to that sales figures? Just don't find any reason for why not?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The Company has received the land sale consideration of Rs.131.47 crores due this reason it is showing low P/E. In next 2-3 quarter we can expect good growth in top and bottom line. The is no risk, worst is already over.

      Delete
    2. Land sale should result in higher pe instead i think so... If we exclude land sale then infact pe is negative.
Am i wrong or market has just forgotten rewarding dai? Just like the case was for df several months ago?

    1. Buying any stock at low price is best option. If someone find good investment opportunity today but market is not going to wait for him till tomorrow.

      1) If someone has clear idea about company business and own investment target then it is very easy to take decision and allocate 10-20% within 0- 15% from suggested price. Generally they grab the opportunity on time.

2)Averaging,top-up and looking for further price correction are symptoms of weak self-confidence and lack of clarity in decision making. Generally they miss the opportunity due to delayed decision.

My query is why should not we sell all shares of DNL and buy Raymond as Raymond seems to give more returns than DNL from CMP in next 3 yrs. This is just for knowledge purpose to compare already a multibagger with a company at inflection point.

    1. Because just by selling few % of current DNL holding will give them enough fund to invest in next stock or in Raymond.

Rest it depends upon individual investors whether they will sell entire stake or they have the capacity to hold it for long time.

For example if you hold Deepak nitrate in your portfolio then it will be very easy for you to allocate 10- 20% in next 6 - 7 stocks just by selling few percentage of Deepak nitrate.
