Ganesh Chaturthi Greetings
Dear Blog Members,
May God Ganesha bless you with peace, prosperity and success
respected madamji happy ganesh chaturthi , dear madam whats ur view regarding jubilant industries for next 10 yrs is it going to be a huge multibagger . waiting
respected madamji ur view regarding yasho industries , blakrose industries and laxmi organics for long , which is better from this for next5 yrs view .
It is going to complete 3 years in this month. If any stock fail to give at least 100% return in 3 years than we must look for best opportunity to exit and reinvest again.
Total inventory sold to 1,387 units till Mar-21 with a saleable area of 1.18 million sq. ft. having a booking value of Rs 1,324 crores in the 10 towers
The overall current real estate project is expected to fetch the company revenue in the range of Rs 4,000- 4,200 crores with a PAT of around Rs 800-1,000 crores.
if raymond can generate 200 cr profit per year for next 4 to 5 years as per management then looking at the current realty company valuation it will trade well above 1000rs RR alone.
on top of it land bank, FMCG, fabric and other business as well add to the comfort, if everything goes well we will have fair chance of doubling our money in 3 to 5 yrs.
seems quite simple and no brainer, but hatsoff to you to make us to get to this point of conviction, before never had this kind of clarity in my investment decision.
why raymond is not keen on expanding it tools and engineering business as it is doing well, why mgmt is not keen to invest further in these business and make diversified revenue stream.
Raymond has also done the diversification in its engineering business such as from files to cutting tools, hand tools and than product expansion to cover complete tooling solutions. It has again ventured into auto components. Raymond is continuously maintaining its market leadership position in the tools & hardware business with ~65% market share in India and ~30% market share globally.
Ring Plus Aqua has an annual production capacity 8.5 mn pieces for ring gears, 4 mn pieces for water pump bearings and 0.6 mn pieces for flex plates. The company commissioned new manufacturing facility in Sinnar, Maharashtra, in May 2019, by further adding ~2 mn pieces of capacity for ring gears, making it by size the second largest player in India. Exports contribute around 65% of the total automotive components revenue.
Engineering Business is expected to outperform other business segments of the company in coming quarters.
Mam - What do you think about Jyothy Lab. I see interest continuously reduced in the past 5 years. This stock not moved much for the past 5 years...Is there scope of re-rating on this stock?
Mam a year back Deepak Fertilizer came up with right issue at 130 odd and didn’t subscribe to it. Now that kesoram is coming up with rights issue too, do let us know if we should subscribe.
Our strategy is very clear if any stock unable to give 100% return within 3 years then we must sell it for reinvestment and erase it from our memories.
Investment options - Raymond is still in buying range and next stock will be posted in the first week of October.
Industry pe is around 80 and dai pe is just around 6... Huge growth possibilities for company... Can we expect pe of at least 50 after few positive q results? I don't see any reason for company not to achieve this growth in sales and so in profits but what could be risk factors for not reaching to that sales figures? Just don't find any reason for why not?
The Company has received the land sale consideration of Rs.131.47 crores due this reason it is showing low P/E. In next 2-3 quarter we can expect good growth in top and bottom line. The is no risk, worst is already over.
Land sale should result in higher pe instead i think so... If we exclude land sale then infact pe is negative. Am i wrong or market has just forgotten rewarding dai? Just like the case was for df several months ago?
Good evening ma’am I am holding 4000 Raymond @ 430/- each..I think my buying price is good…I just wanted to ask that which sector will be covering in October if u could plz let us all know…just wanted to guess the upcoming stock by research as an exercise Thanks a lot
Hello Rajiv sir, I want to sell kesoram but due to right issue I think price is correcting, pls suggest should I sell now or wait for some time to get better price
Good morning mam, any reason for fall in TPL Plastec share today. How do we now if there is any reason for trigger in any share falling? I mean which site to follow for any recent news about any share?
Madam suggest your view on holding period of ASIAN ENERGY SERVICES after announcement of below . "ASIAN ENERGY SERVICES TO CONSIDER AND APPROVE EXPLORE, EVALUATE AND CONSIDER INVESTMENT INTO ELECTRIC VEHICLE SECTOR"
My purchase price @ recommended price with holding of 5% of my portfolio. Can i book 50% holding after profit @100% or not. If not what is the best price to exit of 50% of holding. Thank you.
DFPCL is arranging continuously too many analyst/investor meet with institutions. What do they discuss in such meet and what is the agenda or purpose for this? And How we can get to know about the discussions haapened in these calls.
Company present its present and future business plan in analyst /investor meet to get the suitable investors to raise 600 crores fund for ongoing CAPEX
Buying any stock at low price is best option. If someone find good investment opportunity today but market is not going to wait for him till tomorrow.
1) If someone has clear idea about company business and own investment target then it is very easy to take decision and allocate 10-20% within 0- 15% from suggested price. Generally they grab the opportunity on time.
2)Averaging,top-up and looking for further price correction are symptoms of weak self-confidence and lack of clarity in decision making. Generally they miss the opportunity due to delayed decision.
Hello dolly maam....Looks like KCP is headed to next leg of growth with back to back excellent results. What can be the targets from here on for coming 3-5 years?
I have below FOC stocks ADF,Akshar,DNL,Deepak Fertilizers,OEL,Shree pushkar. i hold these
ABFRL DAICHI Raymond
I have more FOC stocks than invested stocks, can i liquidate few FOC's and buy next stocks, i have raymond 20 %, if yes which one to sell, except DNL i have 20%. DNL is around 80% of FOC value.
Management failed to manage the business and spoiled the well established of Mcleod Russel and Eveready. Williamson Magor & Co Limited had lost the control of both companies.
it is clearly indicating that in india next decade is boom for electric vehicle segment, those companies are facing semi conductors or electric chips scarcity. So,is there any sunsidiary companies available in india to invest in this segment. Please suggest mam for 5 years purpose.
Now we have EV segment stock. Asian Energy is going to acquire stake in VAAN Electric Moto Private Limited.
VAAN is a new premium lifestyle electric mobility company engaged in design, assembly and marketing of high-tech e-bikes, e-mopeds, e-scooter etc. VAAN is supported by world known organizations like KISKA AUSTRIA (branding and design), BENELLI ITALY (engineering and supply chain) and Bennett, Coleman Group (branding and advertising). VAAN e-bikes range is fully developed, assembly plant is ready to be launched in immediate future. VAAN e-mopeds and e-scooter range is also in advanced stage of testing with launch targeted in 2022. VAAN will launch its e-cycles and e-mopeds/e-scooters in Indian and Global market.
In addition to above, we may cover this segment in coming months.
Dear mam, first of all thanks for ur relentless service , i am holding adf foods at 281rs, 250 shares, can i sell something and buy ur next recommendation or do u think adf foods will become like tasty bites.
Why market is ignoring dai even though all is positive? I understand it has not performed as per the expectation in past and so... But unfortunate thing is that when dai is in rising position market will be in correction mode and so eroding profits with respect to time... Facing this situation several occasions. Staying calm is only option...
Today there is news about Raymond considering IPO of its tool and engineering business. In such case, what is the benefit for existing shareholders of Raymond. We will not get the shares of this business because IPO will come. Can you please pour some light on it.
Mam ji after Deepak Nitrite 10x move which i have never seen, i think we are emotionally attached to it. Never thought my 1L can become 10L, please guide us if we should sell these and buy raymond or hold DN to double or triple again from these prices. But i think its not possible for 10L to become 1Cr in Deepak now
Yes you can book partial profit and invest in Raymond.
Always keep the winning stock in the portfolio for long term , small profit booking can be done at different level but keep it until you find another proven multibagger in your portfolio.
As most of them in this blog started investing in equity only based on this blog.as part of learning i have been comparing ATUL and DNL. DNL is better when it comes to financials but still DNL is not rerated whereas ATUL is trading in premium. i considered below metrics still not able to get the answer. could you please help to get why there is significant valuation difference inspite of superior financial performance. DNL ATUL Promoter holding 45.69 44.93 sales FY21 4359crs 3731crs Net Profit 775crs 652crs share capital 27 29 EPS 56.88 212.78
I cannot understand why there is big difference in EPS of DNL and Atul infact DNP NP is more than ATUL.
Good evening ma’am I have question abt Raymond.it’s eps, roce etc r all in negative.can v safely assume that we r buying this co. at an inflection point or in other words which it is about to take a U turn..ur valuable insight will good for experience & knowledge. Thanks
Mam we have real estate sector coverd in Raymond and i have invested in it. Just to not fully concentrate on Raymond, can u please share few other good picks in real estate, people say MMR region is best so Raymond is in that region, any other pic like Ajmera?
Hello Mam, I have bought Deepak Nitrate when you recommended at around 220 Rs. It is giving me > 1000% returns . Can I keep this shares in my portfolio for few more years? Please advise. Thanks.
Mamji ABFRl chairman KM birla said he is targeting to hit Rs 25,000 crore revenue after five years. From 5k crore to 25l Cr sales could be huge. We also had high hopes from it when you had suggested that we can gift this stock to our children and grandchildren. I know this is late but is there possibility of getting re-suggested in blog like Jubilant Ind
Hello Rajiv sir, Iam still holding TPL, Nitin and sunflag, want to buy Raymond's and next stock, pls suggest which of the above 3 stocks should I sell and put money in Raymond's and next stock
Madam,I have a doubt wrt Asian Energy. As it planned to take minority stake in Vaan. How will it reward the retail investors like us as Asian is a minority shareholders. I mean how would Asian share price will get impacted with Vaan bikes sales increase. Just for knowledge purpose because those revenues will not include in Asian quarterly reports right
First it should match minimum qualification of 100% return within 3 years.
Company has given update that it has option to increase the stake up to 26%, even by selling this stake company can earn good profit and pay dividend to Asian Energy shareholders
Madam, as you mentioned in one of the reply that few DNL FOC shares can be sold to buy Raymond. My query is why should not we sell all shares of DNL and buy Raymond as Raymond seems to give more returns than DNL from CMP in next 3 yrs. This is just for knowledge purpose to compare already a multibagger with a company at inflection point.
Because just by selling few % of current DNL holding will give them enough fund to invest in next stock or in Raymond.
Rest it depends upon individual investors whether they will sell entire stake or they have the capacity to hold it for long time.
For example if you hold Deepak nitrate in your portfolio then it will be very easy for you to allocate 10- 20% in next 6 - 7 stocks just by selling few percentage of Deepak nitrate.
One doubt Pl... Kesoram rights... I want to apply for maximum as Retail investor.. Rs.50 is divided into 25*2... So I can apply for 4000 shares or 8000 shares?
Happy Ganesh chaturthi madaam.....

i have been comparing ATUL and DNL. DNL is better when it comes to financials but still DNL is not rerated whereas ATUL is trading in premium. i considered below metrics still not able to get the answer. could you please help to get why there is significant valuation difference inspite of superior financial performance.
DNL ATUL
Promoter holding 45.69 44.93
sales FY21 4359crs 3731crs
Net Profit 775crs 652crs
share capital 27 29
EPS 56.88 212.78
I cannot understand why there is big difference in EPS of DNL and Atul infact DNP NP is more than ATUL.
Could you please help us to understand.
Difference is in face value and total number of outstanding shares in both companies.
DeleteDNL - FV 2 Total outstanding shares 13.63 crores
ATUL - FV 10 Total outstanding shares 2.95 crores

DeleteHi Mam,

Yes, there is 5 year time if current capacity utilisation will reach at maximum level then company may go for further expansion
DeleteHi Mam,
ReplyDeleteCan i buy Daichi @ CMP (around 380 to 390), or shall i wait for the price to go below 360.
Instead of buying Dai-Ichi at higher price, you may prefer Raymond at lower level or next stock.
DeleteDear sir/Madam
ReplyDeleteMay I purchase sterling tools on cmp.thanking you for you support.God bless you.

DeleteMamji ABFRl chairman KM birla said he is targeting to hit Rs 25,000 crore revenue after five years. From 5k crore to 25l Cr sales could be huge. We also had high hopes from it when you had suggested that we can gift this stock to our children and grandchildren. I know this is late but is there possibility of getting re-suggested in blog like Jubilant Ind
ReplyDeleteYes there is huge growth potential for this stock. We may consider resuggestion in case of major price correction due to temporary cause.
DeleteHello Rajiv sir, Iam still holding TPL, Nitin and sunflag, want to buy Raymond's and next stock, pls suggest which of the above 3 stocks should I sell and put money in Raymond's and next stock
ReplyDeleteYou may consider exit from any stocks as per below criteria
DeleteIf any stock fail to give at least hundred percent return in 3 years then we must start looking for good opportunity to exit and reinvest it again
Hi Mam,
ReplyDeleteDN today turned 10x for me on avg cost basis. Still hold 50% , sold 25% at 4x and rest 25% at 9x...Amazing experience. Thanks a lot.
Madam,I have a doubt wrt Asian Energy. As it planned to take minority stake in Vaan. How will it reward the retail investors like us as Asian is a minority shareholders. I mean how would Asian share price will get impacted with Vaan bikes sales increase. Just for knowledge purpose because those revenues will not include in Asian quarterly reports right
ReplyDeleteFirst it should match minimum qualification of 100% return within 3 years.
DeleteCompany has given update that it has option to increase the stake up to 26%, even by selling this stake company can earn good profit and pay dividend to Asian Energy shareholders
ReplyDeleteBecause just by selling few % of current DNL holding will give them enough fund to invest in next stock or in Raymond.
DeleteRest it depends upon individual investors whether they will sell entire stake or they have the capacity to hold it for long time.
For example if you hold Deepak nitrate in your portfolio then it will be very easy for you to allocate 10- 20% in next 6 - 7 stocks just by selling few percentage of Deepak nitrate.
Madam your review on continental chemaicals

ReplyDeleteHow many shares you hold on record date September 17, 2021?
DeleteEntitlement ratio: 133 Rights Equity Shares for every 274 equity shares held by eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date.
You will get the email from the company for eligible amount of share. I do get the mail and will apply for the right issue.
DeleteDear ma'am, you mentioned that next stock will be posted in 1st week of October, will it be on 8th Oct post market closing?
