I have FOC shares of Ganesh Housing. Yesterday q2 results are showing 15 cr net profit. what step I have to take only after your suggestion. My purchase price as Rs.130/-, and averaged @ 36 and sold a quantity @ 130. I observed one thing as your decision on any share never fail but it may may take some more time, examples are 'Expro india' went 700 level since recommendation and Ganesh Housing in route.
What is the next tgt for ganesh housing of my FOC shares.

  20. Hi Madam,

Very happy Vijayadasami to you, family and blog members.

    1. Regarding Add-Shop. We said that it's cash and carry, so understanding is customer pay money when they procure the product, so debtor days should be nil, but website (screener.in) says that 141 days for debtor days. Could you please throw some light on this?

    2. Regarding NCL industries, they are bidding Andhra cement around 1000 Cr, but andhra cement market cap is only 460 Cr with big debt 960 Cr. What could be the benefit for this bidding for NCL?

Thanks many for your time on this

  24. Hi Ma'am,

I have a question regarding Magna. The results have been stagnant for the company for past several quarters even though the company is profitable. What is the trigger for turnaround for this company going forward. Reason why I am asking is, we have seen many triggers for turnarounds in Deepak Nitrite (Phenol Plant), Deepak Fert (Valued added products & New Capex project), Daichi (plant relocation), Raymond (restructuring and Realty). But in the case of Mangna, no such events are there, so how to expect a change in performance going forward. Pls clarify.

I think you had answered this query earlier blogs , but could not locate !

When you say allocate 15% for a stock , is it 15% of the invested amount ( considering capital withdrawal at 100% profit and reinvesting back ) or the actual portfolio that we own including investment and profits ?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes it is 15% of the invested amount but excluding free of cost shares.

  75. Mam, would like to have your inputs on the todays AksharChem results. They mentioned that the ppt silica unit started in July but then this should have showed up in the q2 result in comparison to Q1 but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Yes, there was two weeks shut down of H-acid plant which could have impacted the revenue correspondingly. If the silica plant is really commissioned, then why this quarter margin didn’t increase and why the CWIP has risen. For me, there are so many questions unanswered in the quarterly result. How you gauge this result. And finally, why they are going for share buyback when they don’t have that much cash in their BS, is it because of future prospect?
