  9. Hi Madam,

Exactly 3 years back, Diwali 2019 (Oct), you recommended Deepak Fertilizer. Within 3 years, it’s 900% return (9x) for blog members, which is really incredible. Thanks ton for your unconditional service towards retail investors.

But fund managers are talking this share and recommending now post 9x since massive capex is in process and getting commissioning next year 2023 this time.

We believe, this stock (Deepak Fert) is going to be milestone for blog members since it’s getting ready for next leg. Believe it’s not difficult to get 50x from suggested price
Thanks again for your great support and service towards retail investors

  24. Dear madm quarterly profit of Lykis is around 3.5 crore, if we annualise it comes to 14 crore, from last quarter to this quarter short term loan increased from 108 crore to 140 crore, in this scenario how a company can pay its 10 year profit to cover the debt, hope increase in sales is achieved through working capital debt and the debtors also increased by 50 % qoq Please help me to understand Thanks

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. There is no long term debt. It is short term debt for working capital (use of credit limit given by banks and always getting settled within year).

  48. Deepak Fert's 2022 full year EPS was 60, and Q1 FY23 EPS alone was ~ 36. The net profit/revenue ratio has been a consistent 14.35% the last 2 quarters. And for the first time in over 4 quarters, the revenue jumped significantly (Rs. 3000 Cr, that also aided in the significant net profit increase in Q1)...applying the ~14% net profit/revenue ratio to a FY2023 full year sales of Rs. 3000 Cr x 5 (instead of 4x, since am factoring in growing revenues for the rest of FY23),we get a net profit of ~Rs. 2100 Cr....~ roughly an EPS of 180.

Applying a P/E of 12, we get a PPS of Rs. 2160 by Apr-May 2024. And this is not even considering the benefits of the Ammonia backward integration project expected to complete in the next 7-8 months....Or the fact that the market may consider a PE expansion on DFPCL because it's no more an agri co. or a commodity fertiliser co.

Dolly ji, what's your take on the above figures?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The company may not achieve above figures in FY 23 due to multifold rise in raw material cost and gas price but it is very much achievable in FY 24.

      Delete
    2. Thanks Dollyji, thought the raw material costs stabilised midway through Q2? Q1 results were despite the higher raw material costs....and I believe the ave. costs for Q2 are not much higher than what they were in Q1.

      Delete
    3. Raw material cost is stabilising but Q2 is having lower consumption for mining chemicals due to rainy season.

Q2 result is out, highest ever quarterly rev,EBITDA, PBT in company’s history.
We are with 200 % return (recommended price was at INR 450). But the way Raymond looks journey just started…..

    1. Marginal reduction on debt.
