Holi Greetings
Dear Blog Members
"Wishing you and your family a very happy and prosperous Holi"
Note - Next stock will be posted in the last week of this month on 31 March 2023 .
Dear Madam, Holi greetings to you and to your family members...May the colours bring all the happiness and prosperity to one and all in this group. Best Regards VSY
May Almighty bless you and your family with the vibrants colors of your choice, on this auspicious festival of colors. Thank u so much for being with us.
Happy Holy Madam. Can you tell us which category of stock is this ( is it Manufacturing or cement or chemicals or....). Is it Midcap or small cap so that we can attempt to guess :)
It is really appreciable even having a very busy schedule ma'am and sir do not forget to wish festivals to us. Happy Holi to you both as well. Thanks for your kindness.
It is not necessary to buy every stock Current stock suggestion are valid / active for 3 years so to maintain our backup we need at least one stock in every 3 - 4 months.
GLS at 5.65 div yield and 11 PE seems a great value buy. Capex program will boost the top line further. Dahej capacity addition to boost growth in coming quarters with additional support from intermediate capacity addition at Ankleshwar. Company is increasing its footprint in europe, latam, japan and other new market. Looks like downside is very limited from here on. Can we add more at cmp?
Based on past response on similar kind of questions, we need to stick to his recommended guideline to protect the capital. In this case, it is 10-20% of your portfolio. you can review existing allocation and can add more till you hit upper range of 20%.
Happy and colourful Holi to you and your family from bottom of my heart...
You had helped us to celebrate holi with many colours in our portfolio like, DN, DFPCL, TPL, Raymond, Magna, ADSL, AksharChem and many more ...
Just one request for next stock, plz recommend stock from our existing stocks universe, as market is down and has many of our potential candidates are also down...
Such repeat recommendation will not only reinforce our belief for particular stock, but we also not need to add any additional new stock for our portfolio...
One another request (again) also, plz educate us for selection process for stock.
Again thank you again from bottom the heart for your help...
Repeated question and i know answer is positive but still, is jk intact with core potential still? Future is still the same and no fundamental changes affecting our orignal anticipation?
Yes, stock was suggested twice and in both attempts it was able to give more than 200% returns. If any stock ( including free of cost shares) fails to 100% return in 3 years then we must sell and reinvest it.
Sir, Would like to know if there is any change in fundamentals(management/input cost etc) for Jubilant Ingrevia as the stock is down by 30% plus. Not worried if this is in line with overall market correction. Thanks. Pl comment on SNL Bearing also.
Hello Rajiv sir, If I have to buy one stock out of 2 options ( jubliant ingravia, Glenmark life) which one should I buy, I know both are good in there industry, still if u can suggest which one to be prefered, it would be of great help, regards
Sorry to jump in to your query. If I have to choose one from Jublient and GLS. I would go for GLS. The div yield is 5.65% which is as good as bank FD. I think there is margin of safety at cmp as it is already corrected enough since last few months. Capex is going well and will boost the growth in coming quarters with additional support from capacity addition. At 11 PE with 40 ROCE it seems a great value buy that's what I feel.
I guess the only drawback is that it’s sales are mostly focused to Glenmark Pharma. I hope the revenue dependency on parent company will reduce moving foward as company is increasing its footprint to europe, russia, latam, japan and other new market.
What is your view on this news? I'm wondering as to why promotors have failed to meet the minimum public shareholding norm of 25% public holding. I thought they took an extension from december 22. If not, then it is not good from the compliance point of view. Please clarify
Thanks for sharing this. Unfortunately the share price is punished by the market just because of the negligence from the promoter side in meeting the compliance norms. They have got 3 years to dilute the stake. In the interview, CEO is talking about supportive market condition. Market is moving nowhere since last 15 months, that doesn't mean they should delay the process and overruled the compliance norms. I wounder what if the market condition will remain same for the next 1 year?
Nothing to worry, promoters are holding more than 80% shares and they have better plan. In the recent past we have seen similar compliance issue in Kotak Mahindra bank and Uday Kotak shareholding.
Ok we will consider if any stock match our criteria. 1) Stock has already given at least 100% return within 3 year of first suggestion. 2) Stock has good price correction well below previous suggested price. 3) Company must have similar growth potential / triggers in both attempts.

It is not giving any good or bad signal / impact for company business because it is related for personal finance of promoter group company Jubilant Enpro Limited. Which hold only 1.77% of total share capital.
Dear Madam, Have been doing SIP in Patanjali from 900 onwards at every 30 rupees fall. Shall I continue the SIP or invest the rest of the amount allocated for Patanajli at CMP. Please advise according to the market situation and Patanjali downside movement.
Yes you can allocate 10 -20% in Patanjali Foods. Current market uncertainties are for short term and giving best investment opportunities for long term investors.
Hi sir, deepak fertilizer has given dividend of Rs 9 per share last year, how much we can expect this year, also ammonia plant is in pre commission stage and soon production will start, can we expect recovery in stock price by Q1
Please educate us about the assets allocation. Shall we always keep our 100% allocation in equity ? Or transfer the money to debt when market is high or overvalued? And keep moving/transferring money between debt to equity & equity to debt ?
How should it done ?And on what basis? Is it really important ? Please guide us.
It varies person to person based on their risk profile. Earning person below 30 years without much financial responsibility can take much higher risk than person above 50 years with 2 -3 children studying in school or collage.
1) You can invest in equity with your own spare fund which is not required in next 5 years, even 100% allocation is ok in this condition. 2) Always keep some cash for urgent / emergency need. 3) You have to analyse your risk profile and financial responsibility than take the decision accordingly.
Mam Patanjali is trading at a PE of around 40. If we are expecting it to go 2 or 3X from CMP. In that case can it trade at a PE of around 100 like Nestle. How much margin expansion can happen and what should be normal PE at fair valuation. Regards
Asian energy has won new contract of INR 165 cr for 5 years. Recent runup could be due to this thing.

Both are excellent investment opportunities in their respective sector / segment but both are not comparable.

ReplyDeleteSince Deepak fertilizer got correction along with the market correction.. Is it recommend to do fresh buy ?
Buy the stock within 15% from suggested price and within 3 years from suggestion date.

ReplyDeletePlease educate us about the assets allocation.
Shall we always keep our 100% allocation in equity ?
Or transfer the money to debt when market is high or overvalued?
