    Do you have any opinion on Aarti industries, the company is going through a lot of expansion and guiding volume growth of 20%.
    Strange to see market hammered it but lifting PE of many companies where not even volume growth is seen.

    At such market highs, almost every stock has risen hugely. Still, please name a few stocks which have high probability of becoming double from their present prices in about next two years ( supposing overall market remain stable and no crash). Madam , there are stocks available with us and in general where PE ratio is quite high currently, and as per the market rule , the stocks with high PE or which run above fundamentals at any stage does correct severally , some stocks which gave huge rally such as suraj products had corrected severely from 950 to 500 levels.....other stocks in our portfolio such as wardwizard , visaka are also has quite high PE....how to assess the situation and take a right decision with respect to exit from any such stock at right levels. My question is regarding suraj products and I am holding visaka and wardwizard as it is for first 3 years.

    As we may not require funds when the stocks trade at high levels but when it corrects, we tend to feel that we could have booked some profits and keep the cash for upcoming opportunities but then in the meanwhile the stocks corrects and it looks like a missed opportunity

    1. Fund required or not but partial profit booking at 100% return is important if you have proper allocation 10% or 20 during initial investment.

    When there is interest rate cut in future, in such cases metal stocks should perform well.
    Suraj product is Metal sector and PE is also reasonable.
    Why it has reduces 50%(500INR per stock) from top (906 INR)?
    Any idea?

We can become crorepati if we hold stock patiently for three to four years.Quantity of stock is more important. See Jubilant industries has jumped from Rs 127 to Rs 1700 with in four years.Thanks a lot mam .God bless you.

  46. Mam and sir pranam , i want to fund my kids annual education fee from my portfolio for stocks suggested on the blog for the next 4 years .the fee per year would be approx 8 % of portfolio . The portfolio has grown at around 24% in last 8 years and doing well Is it possible to follow this path .pl guide advise. Rgds

    On August 14th, the Price-to-Earnings (P/E) ratio of Ajanta Soya was recorded at 60, but by August 16th, it had decreased to 24. Could you please explain the factors that could have contributed to such a significant adjustment in the P/E ratio over this short period?
