Happy Dussehra
Dear Readers,
May God shower his blessings on you and you win over every hurdle in Life. May this Dussehra bring lots of happiness and fulfill all your dreams.
Wishing a very happy Dussehra to you and your family.
I loved the concept: There are four yugas widely accepted in Hinduism. They are : 1. Satya yug 2. Treta yug (Ramayana) 3. Dwapara yug(Mahabharata) 4. Kal yug(Present)
In Satya yug, the fight was between two worlds (Devalok & Asuralok). Asuralok being the evil, was a different WORLD.
In Treta yug, the fight was between Rama and Ravana. Both rulers from two different COUNTRIES.
In Dwapara yug, the fight was between Pandavas and Kauravas. Both good and evil from the SAME FAMILY.
Kindly note how the evil is getting closer. For example, from a DIFFERENT WORLD to a DIFFERENT COUNTRY to the SAME FAMILY.
Now, know where is the evil in Kaliyug???
It is inside us. Both GOOD AND EVIL LIVE WITHIN. The battle is within us. Who will we give victory to, our inner goodness or the evil within??
Omkar chemicals have applied for several parents. One patent was approved a year back. What happened to the remaining patents. How much time does it take for patents approval. Also promoters have pledged more shares. In order to understand pledge they will sell more of omkar and Lasa which will bring down promoter holding. Is that a matter of concern as far as stock price is concerned.
Generally 2-4 years required from initiation to get final approval for patents. You can continue to hold both stock for 3 -4 years with option to book profit from 100 -300%.
If you have bought near suggested price than low promoter shareholding is not any matter of concern.
Mam your views if Housing Finance sector could be the next market leader ?Now Even Piramal Enterprises has entered into it expecting their loan book to be 15,000 crore by 2020.Some stocks like Can Fin has doubled every year for the past 4 years. Do you have any recommendation from this sector ? Dewan Housing Finance Corp any views on it ? If not please have a look at this sector
Most of the Housing Finance sector stocks are already gone up around 100% in last 5 -6 months so again expecting 100% without any much improvement in results is false hope. Housing Finance sector is having good growth potential and we can expect around 20% return, which is quite reasonable if it get compounded for long term.
Mam one more thing I observed as we need to see the future demand of a company so I was wondering that Starbucks which has so many stores in US has only 97 stores in India. If starbucks increase its store like they have done so in other countries could result in huge wealth for shareholders so do you have any idea about Tata Global Beverages or could it be multibagger in some years
Indian don't like black tea or black coffee (without milk), In India people visit Starbucks not because of taste but due status symbol and it is just opposite to EU or US Tata Global Beverages is getting small portion of profit because operating cost of Starbucks chain is high
Thank you and wishing you and you family a very Happy Dusshera! May your family and you always be blessed with abundance and good health.
A very happy Dusshera to all the followers/readers of the blog. May the Lord bestow his grace and blessings on all of you and bless you with abundance.

Wishing you and your family a very Happy Dusshera Mam, may God bless you with health, wealth and happiness...u r always showering ur blessings in form of stock recommendation
Do you think it is a good time to accumulate Clariant Chemicals? In the past you have said 650 is a good buying price, and the current price is 574. Are the fundamentals of the company the same as before. Please give us your opinion. Thank you.
It is good stock and 'Liberty' is one of the top selling shoe brand in India, you can continue to hold it for further gain. It is shifted to t2t due to sudden price movement.
I'm experiencing difficulty in opening the page. In the last week after several tries today it opened in laptop. But still the blog does not open in my phone. Is anyone experiencing same issues?
Mam, My allocation in Surana is 10% and I have read your blog on Surana solar update thoroughly and am willing to wait for long enough i.e min 5yrs. I want to invest more and increase my allocation to 30% and also the cmp looks very good bargain price. Would you suggest me to go ahead? I am eagerly looking forward to your reply.
Madam, Thanks a lot for the blog, we can all see you are spending a lot of time on this blog, a lot of questions are repeat if you want to free up some time you can nominate some regular readers to respond on your behalf the previous answers.
It will not work without my direct involvement for example I will never get irritated even after hundreds of repeated comments and I will not get tired while replying and it may not be possible for the other person who is replying on my behalf, most of time readers knows the answer but they just need confirmation, it is not just answer but mutual understanding, confidence and trust.
Superb answer madame, Yes, every small investor like me need some confidence while taking decisions and we gain that confidence through your one word that's by trust we have on you. Thanks a lot for all your tireless efforts in helping us.
Very true most of the time we all need just a positive response by you and that creates confidence in us. Thank you so much for your hard work and simplicity. It just reminds me of rakesh jhunjhunwala..In one of the interviews he said that his father told him never misguide or cheat investors because in share market some people sell wifes gold and some take loan to invest in shares.."Kabhi kisiki hay mat lena"
There are very very few people like you..u have blessings of many of small investors.
Thanks for your unconditional love and help for your followers and non-followers.
I have one request for you, from you replies it seems you sleep early and wake up very early in morning as well. In my view, this type of routine is good for everyone and must be followed strictly. Can you please share your daily routine, many of us will get inspired and may be few of us start following same routine as yours, which may benefit our body and soul.
Very Well Said Madam. Your affirmation from time to time is the most important thing. Some of us ask repititive questions only to get your affirmation.
We are fortunate to have you around. Hope to be in touch for many years to come.
Thanks Madam, i am also concerned about that, cant see the link as may be bse site is having issues, the issue is that while they are cross selling are they using the proceeds to buy their own stock all i see selling here, it doesnt give confidence to hold long term in such a case. http://www.bseindia.com/stock-share-price/stockreach_insidertrade_new.aspx?scripcode=533317&expandable=2
Hi Dolly Ji, Wanted to check with you if Jubilant Industries allocation can be increased.. since its at 25% above your buying price recommendation. Thank you !!
Madam KCP, Kesoram (may be others also) are also in buying range, with previous stocks available in buying ranges would it make sense to allocate to new stock also, madam we have very limited capital so please advise
Hi Ma'am firstly I would like to thank you for tkaing out the time and effort to help retail investors not only via the blog but also by staying so so active in the comments section. I just have a few questions on the valuation of Orient. Paper business will do roughly 25Cr at a PE of 10-12 we get a 300cr valuation. We cannot value cross holdings and land because mgmt. wont monetise them for the forseeable future. So paper business will command a valuation of 300cr best case. Electrical business cannot command more than 1x sales due to debt and low OPM. Havells and CG have almost double the OPM and almost zero debt. (since group has decided to split the debt and not hold it in the paper entity)So taking into account all this Orient can claim a 1x sales multiple. that is around 1500cr best case scenario. Add the two we get around 1500cr+300cr=1800cr is fair value for the business. We have bought in at around 2000cr. Please do throw some light on this issue as Im considering an exit. Even if Orient electrical expands margins slowly through improved product portfolio the intrest payment on the huge debt will destroy the pat margin. Please throw some light on this issue asap thank you ma'am looking forward to the next stock idea.
1) Shares of Century Textiles and Industries are held under public shareholding then why it can not be sold? Company getting total 25 rupees per share dividend including HIL shareholding
2) Land is actually belongs to Brajrajnagar paper plant which is shutdown in 2000, Why it can not be restarted ?
Mam holding FCEL and Meghmani from 2 years when u recommended it to me in comments sections. Both are 300% up. Should i continue to hold or book my profits?
Hi madam, heavily invested in SKM EGG Products at 100, holding for the last 2 years. Pl suggest what to do...Shall I sell and buy Ur next recommending stock
Dear Madam, Sorry, I am of the opinion, One year will be counted from date of purchase of original omkar speciality shares, against which these Lasa shares are credited as part of demerger process. You may further clarify it to the concerned reader.
Mam i m holding kcp 200 share @108/- kesoram 250 share @140/- and penner industries 260 share @ 46/- mam now i want to know any thing change about my holding. Pls advice mam
Mam, why 01 year to be counted from 12-06-2017 in case of LASA ?? In my opinion it should be counted from date of purchase of OSCL shares (Original entity).. Pl. clarify
Dear Madam, My Portfolio allocation in Pushkar is 25%. My buy price is Rs.125. Can I hold it further As I see a lot more potential in this stock in the coming 3-4 quarters.
Shree Pushkar has hit 20% circuit today to reach 256. My gains currently stand at 100% returns. Would you suggest to book profit at this level or wait till Q2 results as results are expected to be good? Kindly suggest. Thank you.
I have invested in Chemfab Alkalis 2 years ago. However, I am not able to sell those shares now as there is amalgamation between the company and Teamec Chlorates.
I have also not received any shares of Teamec Cholrates in my Demat account. Is my invested money safe ?
Dear Ma'am.. My allocation in Shree Pushkar is 5% at 127. Given the future prospects and your suggestion for next 2-4 quarters shall I hold whole quantity for 350+ targets.
Very Happy Dussehra to all group members and Dolly Madam ji 🙏!

3) Why Orient Electric can not trade 3x sales multiple by seeing the strength of its brand name, better than CG and Havells ?
4) It is has very small debt as compared to CG
This type of discussion is best for investors to learn fundamental investing.
DeleteThank you madam for excellent response
