Madam, would request you to please help me understand as to why has the share price of pennar industries fallen to Rs. 25.35 when the buyback price is Rs. 45
Generally stock trades below offer price in buyback so that buyback offer can go to successfully. It is good for long-term investors as well as for promoters, company will able to defuse more shares in allocated money for buyback.
Hi dolly mam: need to know if there is information publicly available arnd nitin spinners new integrated unit at chittorgarh? I researched a bit and couldnt find much information. Pls help.
Company has already given update on it that the Commercial Production on Finished Fabric Division at Bhanwaria Chittorgarh, Rajasthan has commenced w.e.f. 01.01.2O2O, with this all the activities of expansion project related to integrated Textile Unit has been completed.
Dear Madam, Wish you and your family a joyful, bright, healthy, prosperous and happiest new year ahead! Happy New Year 2020!💐 Best wishes, Ramchandra Hegde

Mam, regarding bma wealth creators broker suspension i already asked one question in past and you mentioned that i will get all shares back in my account, those on dp i need not to worry but from pool account also... This was your reply.
Now it is understood that bma pledged clients shares with hdfc and hdfc has sold those shares. In this situation what do you think will happen? How we will get shares back? What if bma is declared as defaulter? I know up to 25 lakh can be supplied from investor protection but what if deepak nitrite reaches to 500/- in next one month and valuation on account goes to 50 lakh? Will i be losing 25 lakh?
Completely unable to understand the situation. Do you still have faith that all shares on pool account will be credited back?
Is getting back 25 lakh from ipsf is the only option in worst case? Do you think sebi will act in favour of investors to provide them whatever they owed? From selling of all assets of bma? What if assets valuations does not matches with what investors own to bma.
Please help me understand, please take some time from your busy schedule to pull some information on this matter and let me know
Karvy has already transferred back most of the stocks from their pool account to the Demat accounts of their respective customers. If your shares are not transferred then just ask your broker to do it as early as possible so that later on you can transfer it to any of your trading account with any other brokers. SEBI has already insured safe transfer of all the shares for 300,000 investors with Karvy. Most probably karvy will start trading within a month after settling all these issues
Tanks mam, but for brh wealth creators, it looks like sebi is going to suspend and one will loose everything holding above 25 lakh.
How much time do you think it usually takes after broker is suspended to get 25 lakh investor protection fund in your account, Any additional documentations they need which i can be ready in advance? And, usually valuation of pool holding will be done based on cmp or buy price?
Completely lost... Let me know if you have any information
respected madamji regarding pennar industries and alkali metals i can hold for next 4 yrs , is the fundamentals are still intact?? , pennar havce so much diversified products then why the stock is going dn. can they have similar multibagger potential at present. i am a long term investor and having too much patience i can wait . waiting eagerly drvivek
Pennar industry is trading lower due to buyback offer, and it is also in line with small and mid-cap segment that 99% stocks are trading with similar of discount. You can continue to hold it for longer term
Mam,I sincerely urge to recommend companies with honest management who work and think about investors. As we lost huge money in few companies like Omkar,Surana,Kesoram, sintex and few others recommended.
Only Omkar is having management issue and it is informed well in time even before 6 may 2018 and for Sarana solar was advice to swap with Oriental paper and industry ( before demerger) in the month of July 2017. Other two stocks collapse were related to different business factors.
As a thumb rule one stock in 10 can flop fully and one in 10 can give multibagger returns it means that there is probability to lose 1 fully but probability to get 10 times from one.
Now we will take extreme care on it and we will go for very few stocks in one year
Thanks for understanding. My intention is not about finding fault but to safequard our initial investment as few management like sintex,Omkar,Surana and even Kesoram not concerned about sharholders.I personally feel we can make loss with honest management due macro economic situation but not lack of integrity and respect to shareholders is not acceptable .
Power and pharma sector are ever Green but are having inherent risk. For example power sector is struggling due to high debt , power losses, huge recovery from state exchange state electricity boards. For pharma sector USFDA audits are major risk because most of the pharma companies are exposed to US market. We have seen several stocks collapse due to few audit observations. Even in current situation most of the pharma stocks are trading at very high valuation
In Radico Khaitan margin of safety is higher due to large scale and well establish brand in Indian market
HI Dolly mam, I have Karnataka bank sshares @150 but now it is trading @75, Can you please suggest me if I can hold or sell or a average n I can hold for 2-3 years with no issues
Yes, most of the agri- sector related stocks like Deepak fertiliser, Jubilant industry, Pushkar chemicals and fertilisers will perform much better in coming quarters so you can continue to hold these stocks
1. Phenol prices are at all time lows at 38 falling from above 80 before comitioning the plant.. if it continues to stay so. It will be bad news for deepak nitrite. 2. Deepak nitrite is planning to list deepak phenolics by june. Im guessing at 1:1 ratio. After that only holding deepak nitrite is good option. Just a view to all members of blog. Hope it may be useful
Phenol prices are immaterial. What you've to look is the crack prices, which also has come down. Deepak Nitrite has to more divisions other than Basic chemicals, of which one did a spectacular turnaround this FY. Fine and specialty chemicals is not price volatile as compared to Basic Chemicals. For performance products they control roughly 80% of the Indian market and 6-8% of the global market. Company is very strong.
Deepak Phenolics is planning downstream products. Just to give an example, Butyl Phenol which Vinati makes command huge margins. So any downstream project from Phenolics would be margin accretive. Either way we can watch for few quarters before adding/reducing phenolics, if management is different.
Phenol prices has came down due to sluggish demand all over the world. US and China trade tussle has put further pressure on it, Chinese companies have diverted the flow towards Asian countries with no dumping duty on it. But this situation will not last long, once the business around the world will improve the prices of phenol will also improve and that time Deepak phenolics will get maximum benefit from price rise. Other divisions are already performing well and it will continue in future.
Iol chemical you must be finding very cheap if u compare with pe of stock and industry..but dont get tempted as if u go through the concall of granules india in last q management has said there will be excess availability of metformin and due to recent higher imports and prices have also fallen also due to trade wardumping in india is very huge..so it is available cheap ebita wont stay like this for long.
I request you to share few details along company information. 1. How long a company might take to clear their debt purely based on current and projected earnings?
2. Nearest competitor in terms of product portfolio.
1) it depend upon sales volume and net profit margin of the product, i.e GNFC has cleared huge debt within few years. 2) Parle - G is still best selling brand in biscuits from last 40 years even 100s of competitors in the markets 3) It varies with time but efficient manufacturing companies win the race
Dear Madam, I am holding DHFL stock for the L3y...it was supposed to be one of the top HFC..now in serious trouble...Pls do share ur view that whether it'll turnaround. Wr
What went wrong with Sintex? I have lost huge amount, is there any chance to recover the invested amount in life time? My portfolio running 55% negative from last two years with suggested stocks, kindly advise.
Sintex Plastic is major brand in indian market and sooner or later it will perform. By selling at this price we will not get anything so better to keep as it is. There was more than 30% shareholding of FII and Foreign Portfolio Investors. Conversion of FCCBs had added further pressure on it. Last year heavy selloff by FIIs has taken the toll on several stocks and sintex plastic was no exception.
Investment in stock market is subjected to high risk, follow the investment strategy to reduce the risk.
Dear Mam Please share your thoughts on why you think fertilizers and agri sector will do well ? What is the fundamental change in this sector that will make it growing sector.
Definitely 125 crore people require food to survive, and there is continuously increase in population without any control on it. Area under cultivation is reducing. Everyone wants their son / daughter to become doctors and engineers but nobody want to make them farmer to do hard work in the fields. New diseases are growing due to adulteration in food and grains. People are spending more medicines then there foods. These conditions makes Agri- sector evergreen and ever growing
Maam What is the reason for sudden increase in price of surana solar from 6 to 10.5 in a soan of 3 days.Any specific reason or any manipulation by stock traders happening?
Stock prices doubled in last 10 days, stock rallied along with other stocks and index. Company has given also clarification about price moment in stock exchanges.
Good afternoon madam, Surana solar moving up every day, my buying price is 16.58 should i exit if i get the price or hold till 2022 as u had suggested, i am in no hurry.kindly advise.
it is not advisable to invest at CMP but if you already hold then you can continue to hold for some more profit. It is also not advisable to invest in any stock after major rise in stock price, stock has already doubled in last 10 days.
Hello Mam, Just got email about Kesoram demerger and allotment of Birla Tyre shares. When we will get the allotted shares of Birla tyres in our portfolio?
Dear madam, Could you please suggest some stocks from the banking and financial sector. I think this sector is missing in our blog suggested stocks also.
Mam I didn't have Rain Industries in portfolio, can it be added for a year?
Also Nitin Spinners, GP Petro, and Pennar Ind are not moving at all, do you suggest to swap funds in some other promising stocks as the good opportunities are available in market. Thanks!
Dear respected mam, Can i invest in ITC for long term based on FMGC products as it has robust products in its portfolio and showing good growth in FMGC space.
Madaaam, How much should have been invested till now to achieve 5 crores by 2022? Considering that the first investment was made in 2017.(All blog suggested).
First of all, time bound investment in equity should not be taken for guarantee . Market or a specific stock may not give favourable result in given time so invest in equity market market for longer period at least 4 to 5 years.
Sintex Plastic is sill major brand in indian market and sooner or later it will perform. By selling at this price we will not get anything so better to keep as it is. There was more than 30% shareholding of FII and Foreign Portfolio Investors. Conversion of FCCBs had added further pressure on it. Hello Mam, I have almost every stock from the blog but all in 2-3% portfolio[(this is nearly 40%). Some of the stocks which are in 10% portfolio range are ABFRL, Deepak nitrite, Sintex, Omkar
I am in around 25% capital loss and want to get rid of stocks in 2-3% allocation to 2 stocks.
Can you recommend max 2 stocks which can give best return for short term(around 2 years) could be JK agri, LT foods, pennar, nitin spinner or any other blog recommended stock ?
Now most of the stocks are corrected in similar fashion so you can continue to hold all these stocks and reduce it at higher prices on recovery. JK agri and LT food will are good option from agri sector.
Mammm, i hv 2 demat acct. i have bought the blog stocks at suggested price earlier from one account. Later i bought the same stocks at much lower price (i.e. 50-60% discount) from 2nd demat account. Now few of them hv rallied to 40-50% . can i sell these shares to get some profit. My earlier investment will remain as it is. I will wait for next few years to realise 300 to 400% profit from the suggested price. In the above process, i am gaining slight appreciation in my capital amount. Or should i wait for next 3-4 years for maximum profits from both the account. e.g. Sunflag bought at 39, Rs 40000 Sunflag bought at 26 , Rs 15000 ( now in 70% profit). What would be the wise decision?
You can continue to hold all these stocks for another few years for much higher return.
At present GDP growth is below 5% and you will see it will jump to 8% within few years that time these shares will trade much higher from current price
Good Evening all ! Sunflag Iron closed at 44.60 ! 48+ was intraday high. Happy to share my joy with you all. This again is for 2-3 years as Madamji advises always. 2020 looking good so far and my grateful gratitude Maam.
From last few weeks small and mid-cap stocks are also start moving and it is just beginning. Market will definitely reward those who able to survive from meltdown in last 2 years.
In this buyback promoters are not participating but it will help to increase their shareholding. Due to this reason company wants to buy maximum shares from retail investors at low price. But it is very good for long-term investors
Assets that are highly valuable today, may become hugely undervalued tomorrow so investing wisely with a futuristic mindset becomes so important. A global survey & research by a German Firm which elaborately covered India, has indicated twenty major risks to global financial markets arising due to impending global recession & particularly how it will impact India in the medium & long term. The survey-cum-research bluntly puts across, that unless Indian businesses change their tacks & business models, many will perish soon.
Twenty probable risks to global financing, could be as under:
1). Most people will stop buying cars in a decade-&-a-half (a prediction that 95 percent of all US passenger miles travelled, will be addressed by fleets, not individuals, by 2030).
2). People will increase the renting of assets (over buying these), because they will never be sure of where they would be living a few years hence.
3). The cost of commute will become the 'next telecom' (virtually free, that is).
4). Most cars will be made from recycled steel, as a result of which, ore companies will go belly-up.
5). The large steel sector debt will not be able to be returned to banks.
6). Electric cars, with around 18 moving parts, compared with 10,000-12,000 for the usual petrol-driven variety, would accelerate the death of the automobile components industry.
7). The demise of the auto component industry will affect the global alloys steel sector (including ore & ferroalloys).
8). Oil behemoths will not be able to repay their loans, if oil consumption declined (elimination unlikely).
9). Electric vehicles will come with an unlimited warranty. This means that after you once buy a vehicle, you would not need to buy another, ever.
10). Oil-based economies (Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Nigeria etc.) will go into a crisis.
11). Some of the funding coming out of these Oil Producing Countries (read what you will into this) will disappear & the world will become a more peaceful place.
12). Cash-rich automotive lubricant companies will discover there is nothing to really lubricate.
13). 3D printing will even out the wage arbitrage between developed & developing nations.
14). Robotisation (or artificial intelligence) will clean out jobs (as it has in the banking sector, where the business has grown disproportionately faster than recruitment)
15). A number of skills will become obsolete (microsurgical, for instance) because a robot will do it better.
16). Renewable energy will kick-start a long-term coal decline.
17). Large coal behemoths employing thousands will file for bankruptcy (already happening).
18). Banks will become a concept rather than a place; banks will become more about systems than people.
19). The world will move towards deflation arising out of an abundance of money & relatively limited spending.
20). The new retirement age will become 50 years (average).
Human is doing all the research and development for better food, better safety and better lifestyle.
Whatever technological development will come in the future but human need food to survive and it makes agri sector evergreen.
Human race need more stronger and durable material for their safety because existing materials are not enough strong to resist natural disasters. Almost 99% of the building will be replaced with super steel which can resist any kind of earthquake, corrosion and impact.
Now you can imagine how much special steel required in future?
Infect it will create another area of opportunities and the same process of change will continue.
Hello ma'am,,, your view on dhunseri tea? recently bought 500 shares at 178rs. It is trading at very low p/e due to huge boost in eps by brand sale to tata global. Please share about its future prospects maam? are the fundamentals intact?
Circuit filter revised under SEBI stock price monitoring policy but it will not make any difference because stock can double even with 5% circuit limit
Deepak nitrate don’t have excess land but Deepak fertiliser having a lot of excess land even after considering of future expansion. Even in Pune Deepak fertiliser is having excess land, which is having more than 800 crores valuation

Delete2) Parle - G is still best selling brand in biscuits from last 40 years even 100s of competitors in the markets
3) It varies with time but efficient manufacturing companies win the race
Excellent Examples :)

Dear Madam, I am holding DHFL stock for the L3y...it was supposed to be one of the top HFC..now in serious trouble...Pls do share ur view that whether it'll turnaround.

DeleteWhat went wrong with Sintex? I have lost huge amount, is there any chance to recover the invested amount in life time? My portfolio running 55% negative from last two years with suggested stocks, kindly advise.
ReplyDeleteSintex Plastic is major brand in indian market and sooner or later it will perform.
DeleteInvestment in stock market is subjected to high risk, follow the investment strategy to reduce the risk.

DeleteMadaaam, How much should have been invested till now to achieve 5 crores by 2022? Considering that the first investment was made in 2017.(All blog suggested).
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, time bound investment in equity should not be taken for guarantee . Market or a specific stock may not give favourable result in given time so invest in equity market market for longer period at least 4 to 5 years.
Deletehttps://dolly-bestpicks.blogspot.com/2018/05/review-of-investment-strategy.html
If at present invested around 2.5 crore with hundred percent return in next 2-3 years
Hi Maam, Is there any chance of revival for Sintex Plastic. What is managements take, do you have any information.
ReplyDelete
DeleteSintex Plastic is sill major brand in indian market and sooner or later it will perform.
Hello Mam, I have almost every stock from the blog but all in 2-3% portfolio[(this is nearly 40%). Some of the stocks which are in 10% portfolio range are ABFRL, Deepak nitrite, Sintex, Omkar
ReplyDeleteI am in around 25% capital loss and want to get rid of stocks in 2-3% allocation to 2 stocks.
Can you recommend max 2 stocks which can give best return for short term(around 2 years) could be JK agri, LT foods, pennar, nitin spinner or any other blog recommended stock ?
Thank you very much in advance
Now most of the stocks are corrected in similar fashion so you can continue to hold all these stocks and reduce it at higher prices on recovery. JK agri and LT food will are good option from agri sector.
DeletePlease share your view on SHIL demergred from HSIL & RUPA LTD.

Mammm, i hv 2 demat acct. i have bought the blog stocks at suggested price earlier from one account. Later i bought the same stocks at much lower price (i.e. 50-60% discount) from 2nd demat account.
ReplyDeleteNow few of them hv rallied to 40-50% . can i sell these shares to get some profit.
My earlier investment will remain as it is. I will wait for next few years to realise 300 to 400% profit from the suggested price.
In the above process, i am gaining slight appreciation in my capital amount.
Or should i wait for next 3-4 years for maximum profits from both the account.
e.g.
Sunflag bought at 39, Rs 40000
Sunflag bought at 26 , Rs 15000 ( now in 70% profit).
What would be the wise decision?
You can continue to hold all these stocks for another few years for much higher return.
DeleteAt present GDP growth is below 5% and you will see it will jump to 8% within few years that time these shares will trade much higher from current price
Good Evening all !

Deletebut on daily buy back not useful to retail investors. announced 45/- but buyback happenning around 25/-.
ReplyDeletehow to understand this?
is there any reason for this?
In this buyback promoters are not participating but it will help to increase their shareholding. Due to this reason company wants to buy maximum shares from retail investors at low price. But it is very good for long-term investors
DeleteAs received.....
ReplyDeleteScary but realistic.
Need we ponder.
Think about it...
🙂
Good Share Ganesh sir.. thank you!!!
DeleteHuman is doing all the research and development for better food, better safety and better lifestyle.
DeleteWhatever technological development will come in the future but human need food to survive and it makes agri sector evergreen.
Wish you all blog members very Happy Uttrayan and Makar Sankranti! Joy prosperity and Contentment to Prevail with all.
