Happy Independence Day
Dear Blog Members,
May the glory of Independence Day be with us forever. Wishing you a very happy Independence Day!
Madam, my question regarding Jubilant industries, in the month of April i sold major qty of FOC from my portfolio @ 480 and presently i have a minimum qty, after demerger story again i wish to buy below Rs. 40/- from my sold price. Is it right decision or any thig else. Thank you
Mam deepak fertilizer was so so good for us. At that time, there was story regarding moving to speciality side of business and CAPEX story now as well and very honest management too
Any stock here you think can give returns like Deepak Fertilizer?
Deepak Fertiliser was trading near suggested price (Rs 80 -130) in 2019-20. We have also received lot of negative comments due to its huge debt. Lot of investors lost the patience and sold. But those who have shown the patience in turbulent time, will now reap the reward.
You will continue to keep finding multi-baggers from these stocks but it need enough patience.
I am sitting on 10x return on this stock, only because of this blog and information in this blog. If you read multiple times this blog you will get information, trust, confident and patience will follow after that.
Mam, can you explain a bit, I have 28000 shares @120, now my portfolio shows same quantity of ASEL RE, what should I do to get maximum benefits, whether I should sell or buy?
Today if you have sold ASEL RE at Rs 20 then your buying cost have come down to 100. You must apply in right issue to bring your buying cost down. If you fail to take any action within few days then value of ASEL RE will become zero and you will get nothing.
Dear Ma'am If am applying for the right issue, what should I do? My icici direct demat account show - - -number shares in the right issue section. Kindly advise. I tried to buy,
If you unable to apply in right issue than at least you can sell ADDRE1 by clicking on sell button on Demat holding page. If you fail to take any action within few days then value of ADD SHOP RETAIL LTD RIGHTS ENT (ADDRE1) will become zero and you will get nothing.
I tried, but the system says non-pins account is required for selling the ADD SHOP RETAIL LTD RIGHTS ENT (ADDRE1). I donot have the non-pins accont. kindly advise, what to do with my 3825 shares of RIGHTS ENT (ADDRE1) . Applying and opening an non-pins account will take minimum three weeks.
You can create m-pin to login in NSDL verification. After that you can sell ADD SHOP RETAIL LTD RIGHTS ENT (ADDRE1) shares. Otherwise call your broker to resolve the issue immediately so that you can able to apply in right issue.
Dear Ma'am As per my broker ICICI Direct, M-pin is applicable from India. Am working in Dubai-UAE and having NRE (PINs) account. As per them NON-PINs account is required for selling the ADD SHOP RE shares and opening an non-pins account will take minimum 10 working days. So I left that RE shares.... However other side, i took back my capital by selling Magna at 345 Rs yesterday.
Not advisable to buy Add shop E-Retail or Add shop rights issue shares. If you are entitled for right issue the you can apply in right issue or you can sell ADD SHOP RETAIL LTD RIGHTS ENT
Dear Mam, I hold 1200 shares of ASRL@143 in Zerodha. And yesterday I bought ASRL-RE@22. As you are saying the value of the (Right issue shares) ASRL-RE will become zero in few days, may I know what action should I take to correct my mistake?
Thanks for being a guiding light and an inspirations to reluctant investors like me, your blogs are detailed and a person like me also understand the rationale well from you descriptions. thanks for your time in writing the blog in detailed manner
HELLO MAAM even on cost of repetition can you please elaborate what to do with with ASRL or any RE in future i am little clueless what to do with RE credited and why how to buy the rights etc this may be for both who want to invest or who dont i for one is ok with investing thank s a lot maam
Madam, please throw some light on howmany times enter and exit within 3 years? Example: Asian energy services was recommended @ 90 after that within short period it was touched @ 176, now trading @ 76 but 3 years not completed, now we can enter and exit after 100% profit.
Mam ji, i have arranged some money by selling Nitin spinners, which acc to you is best option between two, Jubilant ingrevia or GLS, as i can buy only one?
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for your another GEM that is Magna.
Today booked partial profit and keep FOC shares for the long run as per your precious advice. Again, this amount will be very much helpful for the next recommendation of Oct.
I had one request based on the recent comments by members. Many blog members suggest for penny stocks, but liquidity is the big concern for such stocks. We were not able to purchase without any market correction. Hence, request to recommend a stock with market cap of 2k to 5k Cr. (Price is not the issue for investor) Otherwise, it is very difficult to get such stocks at/near recommended price. (Recent examples are SNL, Magna etc. (circuit) While, raymond, GLS, Jubiliant were easy to purchase)
Stocks like magna, snl corrected and traded near suggested price for long time.. Quality microcaps leads to multiple returns. I think toy should continue with a mix of microcaps and small caps.. Thank you once again for magna..
Madam , As per your previous guideline regarding Moldtek Packging to wait for Rs.1000/- Market Price the same achived But as a long term investor can u guide next price target please .
Madam i brought subex stock whn it collaborated with jio platforms. Now I'm in 20 % loss. Does subex had potential to become multi bagger in 3 to 5 years? Or shall I book loss and exit. Please suggest madam.
ASRL: 1. How to pay RE Rights Rs.54 online before Aug 30th? a. ASBA enabled for SBI customers (in SBI Internet Banking - IPO) for ASRL RE b. R-WAP (Non ASBA) in Registrar website. Check your mail (Registrar website link) from Asrl. 2. Promoter holding is now reduced to 52%?
Thanks a lot again for helping blog members like usual. Have a question for ASRL, suppose i hold 100 ASRL and 100 ASRL RE shares. Now i sell 100 ASRL RE shares @11/share , purchase ASRL RE again (could see listed at 10.3 rs only from my demat account's ipo current order price) would that ASRL RE share be converted to ASRL later automatically once right issue is closed and my actual cost price for ASRL shares would be of 11 rs max ? (for all the new shares I have purchased )
You must pay additional 54/share for ASRL-RE by applying for RE. Else, the purchased ASRL-RE shares will expire on 24th Aug and you loose all the 10.3x100 amount.
Please help to tell some penny stock like XPRO.. Many of them waiting for the penny stock from you. Thank for Magno. Since I joined your blog on 2021 , Magna is first share to become double in my portfolio. once again Thank you Madam ji..!!
ASRL Rights: ASBA is the only mode available. You can apply through your bank (not broker), if your banker provides ASBA facility. You may submit the duly filled in application to your bank who will block the money for applying the Rights Equity shares and place the bid with NSE/BSE on your behalf.
You can reach out our helpdesk number 044-4002 0700 / 044-4002 0741 / 044-4002 0780 / 044 4002 0783 for any support
Madam, we are very thankful to you. Without expecting anything, you are guided us in right way to wealth creation.
previous 2/3 trading sessions magna electro casting in 15-10% Upside, any specific reason behind this rally or genaral rally like while recommendation of this stock.
Company has posted good result for Q1 bottom line impacted due to high material cost. It is expected that raw material cost will normalize coming quarters and company will post much better result
Madam, can i book profit on magna electro casting after 100 % profit within 3 years or wait for next level of targets like deepak nitrate and fertiliser.
And also i have FOC of Deepak nitrate, and without profit booking of Deepak fertiliser (bought @ 225), at what price i have to book profit on deepak fertilise.
1) Buy any stock within 15% from suggested price. 2) Need to book partial profit around 100 % return on your investment. Keep the remaining free of cost shares for long term and reinvest your principal amount again.
Dear Madam, Asian energy has entered construction of Coal handling plant as there is not much seismic survey anticipated in coming quarters. They have order book value around 500 cr. Will they able to maintain same margin? Because construction and EPC business is competitive nature with less margin.
What is the strategy we should follow while selling shares, if the company is doing good and shares are making high. Is it still important to book profits. Also confirm the strategy to book losses as well.
It depends upon your % allocation. If you have allocated 20% in your portfolio and after 100% return it become 40% of your portfolio then partial profit booking is must.
I have foc of df...is it wise decision to book one more time partial profit and reinvest? I am ready to keep foc of df much longer... Which one should i buy gls or next one?
Hi Mam, I have some money available. Want to buy two stocks. I was thinking of buying Glenmark Life Sciences and the one you plan to recommend in Oct. I already have bought Jubilant Ingrevia.
Thanks to Baalu. I called the below helpdesk and they explained the process. Only physical application for ICICI direct share holders. They are registrars for this rights issue. helpdesk number 044-4002 0700 / 044-4002 0741 / 044-4002 0780 / 044 4002 0783 for any support

ASRL Mkt Price: 73.15, 19-08-2022
ReplyDeleteASRL RE (Rights) Mkt Price: 9.90, 19-08-2022
* Some sell ASRL at 73, buy RE at 10 & pay 54 (Tot: 64) for gaining Rs.9 (Good idea?)
Dates:
RE Buy & Sell: 24-08-2022
RE payment: 30-08-2022
RE Shares Credit: 13-09-2022

So if you have RE, either sell before 24th or Pay before 30. If not done both, RE is lost (zero value) and no RE shares credit on 13-09-2022.
Hope this clears all doubts.
