Hello ma’am, I have a query regarding CAGR. Company can underperform decades even if its historical CAGR appears strong Additionally, when evaluating a company’s stock, how should one interpret and analyze its past CAGR performance, and what role should CAGR play in making long-term investment decisions?
Let’s say a company had a CAGR of around 15–25% over the last 10 years, but in the next 5 years, it doesn’t perform well. Will that make the overall CAGR go down? And how should an investor look at this situation when deciding if the company is still worth investing in!
Hello Ma’am - Visaka industry is not moving since a while now and also there is no news or updates coming on this . Document section on screener shows nothing new . Also no commentary from management like other stock .
Madam, patanjali is going to complete 3 years from suggested date in dec-25. If it doesn't give 100% return by then, Should we book the stock by the due date and keep the funds. Or shall wait till next recommendation of the the blog and then sell it and buy the next stock.
There is good growth in top and bottom line. Market sentiment is negative and it is trading in range bound, recent bonus issue has also increase the liquidity and some selling pressure increased on this stock.
Happy Deepawali to maam and blog followers.

Recent 2-3 year growth or de-growth trajectory may give some help to make investment decisions.
DeleteYes, over all CAGR go down drastically if company will not perform in last 5 years.

ReplyDeleteYes if any stock fail to give 100% return within 3 years then we must plan to exit and reinvest it again on any other stock
DeleteNamaste mam.
ReplyDeletePatanjali food is excellent results but too much down medam. What is the reason?
There is good growth in top and bottom line. Market sentiment is negative and it is trading in range bound, recent bonus issue has also increase the liquidity and some selling pressure increased on this stock.
DeleteHi Maam,
ReplyDeleteNo movement in stocks like Visaka, Aarti surfacant, Manaksteel, Hisar Metals?
Any reason for the stocks not moving at all and in downward trajectory
Not only these stocks but other stocks also not moving up. Generally Q2 is weak quarter for steel and construction due to rainy season
DeleteMam,
ReplyDeleteWhy market is not liking the patanjali result ? Revenue/profit/EPS is up Q&Q and Y&Y .
