Happy Diwali to ma'am and all blog members. Thanks ma'am for recommending stocks and guiding us. It does make a lot of difference to tiny investors like me.
Namaste mam, Promoter stake was reduced to 35/% from 40 in ward wizard, after issuing rights issue. What might be the reason? Please share your view on issue mam.
Hello ma’am, I have a query regarding CAGR. Company can underperform decades even if its historical CAGR appears strong Additionally, when evaluating a company’s stock, how should one interpret and analyze its past CAGR performance, and what role should CAGR play in making long-term investment decisions?
Let’s say a company had a CAGR of around 15–25% over the last 10 years, but in the next 5 years, it doesn’t perform well. Will that make the overall CAGR go down? And how should an investor look at this situation when deciding if the company is still worth investing in!
Hello Ma’am - Visaka industry is not moving since a while now and also there is no news or updates coming on this . Document section on screener shows nothing new . Also no commentary from management like other stock .
Madam, patanjali is going to complete 3 years from suggested date in dec-25. If it doesn't give 100% return by then, Should we book the stock by the due date and keep the funds. Or shall wait till next recommendation of the the blog and then sell it and buy the next stock.
There is good growth in top and bottom line. Market sentiment is negative and it is trading in range bound, recent bonus issue has also increase the liquidity and some selling pressure increased on this stock.
It is not only Patanjali foods but other FMCG peers like AWL Agri is also trading in rangebound. if the similar performance will continue then in next 2-3 quarters we can expect good appreciation in stock price
As per SEBI regulations, any change in promoter shareholding—whether an increase or decrease—must be disclosed to the stock exchanges. In the case of Visaka Industries, the promoters increased their stake from 48.42% to 53.24%, yet no disclosure appears to have been made. What could be the possible reasons for this non-compliance?
Promoters have not bought any shares from market it is just reclasification of promoters holding. Earlier Vigilance security Services Private Limited was in public category now it is shifted to promoter category with same 4.83% share holding.
Company has posted overall good result for Q2 , fertilizer business has shown excellent growth, mining chemical and industrial chemical business remain flat during rainy season.
Regarding Aarti Surfactants, the company's OPM is getting lower and is now around 5-6%.. I understand, this could be due to high raw material costs.. but is there any hope for it to improve?
Dear Mam, Greetings. My question in on Manaksia Steels. Are Manaksia steels products used in PEB sector. if yes does it supply to some of the companies operating in this sector. Manaksia steels also has overseas subsidiaries. Do we have PEB opportunities in its overseas market, and how the Manaksia steel is different from Manaksia Coated Metals and Industries.
Manaksia steel is making hot rolled and cold rolled Steel sheets and coils. These sheets and coils are used to make galvanizing and colour coated Steels sheet . These galvanized and colour coated sheets are also used in PEBs
Madam, please throw some light on latest developments of the following data.
*SHREE PUSHKAR CHEMICALS: CO ANNOUNCES ₹350 CR EXPANSION AT MADHYA BHARAT PHOSPHATE UNITMadhya Bharat Phosphate Pvt. Ltd. to expand complex fertiliser capacity by 3,00,000 MTPA at Meghnagar, Madhya Pradesh. ₹350 crore capex to be funded through preferential issue to promoters and internal accruals. Expansion is expected to be completed by March 2028 to meet rising demand.*
I have this stock since recommendation, can i exit or hold for longterm?
Hi Maam, How is Aarti Surfacant share result? Share is continuusly going down; average buying price is 603. Can we average pls if long term story intact?

This blog is meant for long-term investors—typically with a minimum horizon of three years. Markets can be unpredictable, and it’s important to remember that equity investing is inherently risky and cyclical. All analysts go through phases where some picks may not perform as expected.
The blog owner has been sharing his insights freely for over a decade and has helped many people identify strong long-term opportunities. His goal has always been to share knowledge, not to guarantee returns. No investor or analyst is right 100% of the time, and evaluating performance based only on a short two-year period may not reflect the full picture.
This blog members learning and growing together on this investing journey. It may be more constructive for all of us to focus on long-term fundamentals rather than highlighting only the recent underperformers. Let’s keep this blog a positive and useful space for everyone.
In year 2024 we have posted four stocks and in current year 2025 we have total two new stocks and Ajanta Soya was repeat. In next year 2026 we are going for only two stocks.
If any stock fail to give 100% return within 3 years then we must sell it and reinvest again.

Luck is also important factors, in diamond mines sometime it is 1 m below the ground and some time diamond is 100 m below the soil similarly in the investing sometime you will find the multibagger stocks early sometime it is very late. Hi ma'am....I have 10000 KCP limited shares purchased at 110rs during blog suggestion in the year 2018. It's been 7 years now and I had almost 70-80% return. I did not book profit when it went till 280 levels. Can you please guide me on the future growth for this company and till when I han hold. Thank you
Hi Mam, today globally most of the money is chasing growth vs value. Sound but slow growing company like awl, patanjali, godrej agrovet, etc are not being liked. Awl is so cheap. Based on your experience, how do you see this market cycle. Tide should turn but may be after some major disappointed in growth expectations. Please share your view. Thanks.
Sometimes it happens ie Hindustan Unilever was trading around Rs. 250 for 5 years from 2006 to 2010. Sooner Or later market will recognise the true value of these stocks.
Dear ma'am, Raymond Ltd market cap around 3400 crores. Valuation of JK house is around 5000 crores and is owned by Raymond ltd(please correct me if not correct). How can valuation of Raymond ltd less than JK house?
Dear ma'am, what will be the trigger for latest asset value of JK house to be reflected in company books? Is there a possibility of that happening, if so, when?
Good evening mam. Wardwizard innovations have collected Rs 40 cr through Right issue. Board approved JV with Saudi Arabia. Around Rs 230 cr order received from Philippines to be executed before June 2026.. Promoter has reduced holding to 30 percent and pledged more shares. Pl give your view on the future of the company. Thank you.
I have been wanting to ask you something genuinely. I feel you should write a book on investing—especially focused on micro-cap to mid-cap stocks. Something that explains how experienced investors like you pick stocks, what parameters you look at, and what an investor must study before building conviction.
Whenever I research any sector or company, I often feel low confidence. I don’t get that pure skill, clarity, or foresight that professionals have. But when you suggest a stock on your blog, it automatically feels trustworthy because you have 30+ years of experience and a portfolio worth billions. That gives confidence.
For example, if you choose Ajanta Soya, there are 10 other edible oil companies in the same sector. But what makes you select Ajanta Soya over the others? Some companies might have good value, low PE/PB, and growth too—so I want to understand what exactly you see that others may miss.
Ma’am, I hope you understand what I’m trying to say. I want to learn the way you think—how you build conviction, how you filter companies, and how you decide which one truly deserves investment. One thing I learnt in market over past years that making 100% is a skill, making above 100% is destiny.
